When presenting this card, its owner is obliged to prove it with an adult ID card, the number of which agrees with the number stated on the zoo card, which the cashier will add at the time of sale.

This card is not portable and is for a specific owner, it does not entitle any other person to enter the zoo.

The card is valid for 1 year from the date of sale.

This card does not entitle the owner to enter the zoo at events where the entrance fee is changed. However, the card can serve as a very significant discount coupon (information on our website or on tel .: +420 387 002 211).
