METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARD SALES

Cards can be purchased from 18 May 2020 only electronically by filling in the form (below). After filling it in, please send the selceted price to bank account number 38700387/5500.

Please use your ID number and for companies the VAT number as identification.

After delivery of the payment to the zoo's account, the card will be ready at the zoo box office for collection or sent by post of your choice. When sending by post, do not forget to add a handling fee of CZK 50 to the payment.

Copying and counterfeiting zoo cards is prohibited. Each card is marked with a number and is registered in the zoo's records for possible inspection. The damaged or otherwise modified card is not valid and there is no legal claim to its recovery.

Cardholders who change their identity card during the validity of the card are obliged to report this fact on the phone number +420 724 846 142.

The above steps are performed to eliminate card counterfeiting and misuse. All information about the owners is used only by Zoo Hluboká for the control of cardholders and will not be used for other acts and misused or provided to third parties. Cardholder information will be shredded when the zoo card expires.

Zoo cards are valid for one year from the date of their sale.

ALL HOLDERS OF SEASON TICKETS PURCHASED UNTIL 13 MARCH 2020 ARE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED BY 2 MONTHS. THE SAME RULE IS APPLIED TO PARKING CARDS.
